Jeffrey Boehmer – Clarinet

Jeffrey Boehmer is a native of Frederick, MD. He enjoys an active career as a freelance clarinetist and teacher in DC, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania. He has performed with ensembles such as the Richmond Symphony, Two Rivers Symphony, Maryland Lyric Opera, Annapolis Opera, and many more.

Jeffrey holds a degree in music performance from West Virginia University. After college, he spent 10 years in the US Air Force Heritage of America Band. During his time in the Air Force, he performed concerts and masterclasses throughout the entire United States and as far away as Siberia, Russia.

In his spare time, Jeffrey enjoys distance running, hiking, and photography.

He is currently living in Mercersburg, PA with his husband, Adam, and their daughter, Rebecca.
